We present you with a free, detailed proposal that clearly outlines the costs for all labor and materials.

Step 4: Approval & Deposit

Once you approve the proposal, a $500 deposit secures your project, and we set a date to select all items, finalizing the contract.

Step 5: Project Management & Invoicing

Vendor invoices can be paid by you at our wholesale cost. A 25% project management fee is billed weekly for completed work.

Step 6: Demolition & Construction

Most projects begin two weeks after demolition. We purchase all materials ahead of time so everything is ready for a smooth start.

Step 7: Permits & Compliance

If a permit is required, all contractor and permit fees are billed at cost. Our entire team is licensed, insured, and compliant.
